We want you to love the pieces you choose for your home. If your Kova Atelier Home purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In new, resalable condition
• Returned in their original product packaging
• Returned with all screws, mounting hardware, and components
• Packaged inside the original shipping box or equivalent protective shipping packaging

Hardware that has been installed, altered, damaged, or returned with missing components or packaging is not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

To begin a return, please contact Kova Atelier Home before shipping your items back.

Once your return is approved, Kova Atelier Home will provide the return shipping label and return instructions. Please do not send merchandise back without an authorized return.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

A flat $3.50 restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the cost of the return shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we will inspect the merchandise to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less the applicable restocking fee and return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable.

Please allow 14 days after your return is received and inspected for your refund to be processed. Your financial institution may require additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

When Kova Atelier Home confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we will work with you to make it right. Return shipping and restocking fees will not apply when the return is the result of an error by Kova Atelier Home.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Installed or used hardware
• Items missing screws, components, or original product packaging
• Items damaged after delivery
• Custom or special-order products designated as final sale
• Samples or other products specifically marked Final Sale

Kova Atelier Home reserves the right to decline a return or reduce a refund when returned merchandise does not meet the requirements of this policy.
