Welcome to Kova Atelier Home. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Kova Atelier Home, LLC (“Kova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online Store Terms
By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or unauthorized resale.
2. Products and Finishes
Kova Atelier Home specializes in decorative hardware, including solid brass cabinet and appliance hardware.
We make every effort to accurately display product colors, finishes, dimensions, and details. However, finishes may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Because of the natural characteristics of solid brass and other materials, slight variations in color, texture, tone, patina, and surface characteristics may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications, including dimensions and center-to-center measurements, before ordering and installation.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other errors and, where permitted by law, cancel an affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders will not be processed for shipment until payment has been successfully received.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order due to inventory availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
5. Shipping
Kova Atelier Home currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within three (3) days of successful order payment.
Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Kova Atelier Home’s control after the order has been transferred to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve a package may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
A return request must be initiated within sixty (60) days of the date the order was delivered.
Returned merchandise must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Installed hardware is not eligible for return. Customers should therefore inspect all merchandise carefully and confirm the finish, size, quantity, measurements, and condition of the hardware before installation.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for the applicable refund to be processed.
Refunds are generally issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise required by law.
7. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery and before installation.
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Kova Atelier Home as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the merchandise and packaging where applicable.
Installation of merchandise constitutes acceptance of its size, finish, configuration, and general appearance, except with respect to defects that could not reasonably have been discovered before installation or where otherwise required by law.
8. Samples
Samples and products purchased using a designated sample discount are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Products identified as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.
9. Trade Program
Participation in the Kova Atelier Home Trade Program is subject to approval and any additional terms provided to Trade Program members.
Trade discounts are intended exclusively for approved members and may not be transferred or shared.
Kova Atelier Home reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Trade Program or revoke membership in cases of misuse.
10. Installation and Measurements
Kova Atelier Home does not provide installation services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers and their contractors are responsible for confirming all measurements, placement, compatibility, drilling requirements, and installation methods before modifying cabinetry, furniture, appliances, doors, or other surfaces.
Always inspect and measure your hardware before drilling or installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kova Atelier Home is not responsible for damage to cabinetry, furniture, appliances, doors, walls, or other property resulting from incorrect measurements, improper installation, modification, or misuse of our products.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the Kova Atelier Home website, including photographs, product imagery, videos, graphics, logos, product names, designs, written content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Kova Atelier Home, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Certain portions of our website and order-processing system may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and e-commerce technology providers.
Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ respective terms and privacy policies.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website:
